Time:

12:00 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday, with occasional Thursday departures (early March through early November)

11:00 am Sunday (early March through early November)

Please Note: Cruises board 45 minutes before departure time. Please see Special Schedule Notes and check Availability Calendar for specific departure dates and times.

There is a $6.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Special Schedule Notes

  • From mid-November through Christmas, the regular lunch cruise is replaced by the General Jackson Holiday Lunch Cruise and Show.
  • Cruise boarding (except Sunday) is usually at 11:30; lunch cruise is usually 12:00 to 2:40 pm. Sunday is one hour earlier. Exact boarding time will be noted on your E-ticket. Cruise times may vary on specific dates.

New Country Music Variety Show - NASHVILLE LIVE! (early March through early November)

The world-class cast includes two rising country artists, an internationally acclaimed trick-roper, a country comedian and feature fiddle and guitar soloists, all supported by a live country band. The show’s repertoire spans classic hits by Patsy Cline, George Jones and Tammy Wynette through today’s chart-topping hits by Jason Aldean, Taylor Swift and Rascal Flatts. The lunch cruise includes a delicious family-style meal.

Sunday Brunch - The General Jackson Jubilee

Sunday morning guests dine as a vocal quartet backed by three instrumentalists sing such gospel favorites as “Down By The Riverside,” “Good Ole Gospel Ship,” “Get All Excited” and other “hand clappin’” traditional, southern gospel favorites. The experience the inspirational sounds of today’s contemporary Christian music with songs like “Your Grace Is Enough” and “I Could Sing Of Your Love Forever.”

Overall nice cruise. Wanted to sight see more than watch the show. Did not know the boat was not sailing towards the downtown until I asked a crew member.
